Chatham & Clarendon Grammar School (CCGS) opened its doors to over 900 Y5 primary school students during the first two weeks of June, giving pupils a real insight into secondary school life.

STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art & Math) taster sessions will allow students to develop a range of skills whilst improving their own understanding of the subjects. Pupils will have the opportunity to make a fortune in Science during the ‘panning for gold’ activity, bake a scrumptious apple and cinnamon rock cake in the high-tech ‘Master-Chef’ style Food Technology room, develop their artistic skills whilst screen printing their own t-shirt and fabricate their very own pewter key fob with the Product Design team.
