We are able to offer the students an enviable environment to work in, with the kitchen being newly opened since September 2011, offering facilities such as adjustable height work surfaces, sink and hob and air conditioning. We have a good selection of well-maintained equipment; such as food processors, pasta machines and a full range of coloured chopping boards, which allows the students to have an insight into what is involved in working in a professional catering kitchen.
