Girls u15 v Duke of York

7th October 2013

CCGS started the game excellently and worked very well together as a team.  The first goal came from Amie Tonkiss after brilliant play from Brogan Hood down the wing into the D.

They had many chances in the first half but after the first goal unfortunately they couldn't manage to find the backboard.  Solid defence from Bea Lever as centre back ensured that not many attacks from the opposition entered the D.  So at half time the score was 1-0 in CCGS' favour.

In the second half CCGS continued the high standard but this wasn't rewarded with another goal.  The opposition had many shots in the last few minutes but they were all defended well making the final score 1-0 to CCGS.  It was a well fought win!
